Our heritage
Amadas Coach is a family business that traces its roots in motorcoach conversion back to 1981, and became part of the Amadas group in 1997. We have an accomplished team of engineers and craftsmen, many with considerable experience building some of the world’s finest offshore yachts as well as innovative motorcoaches. The heritage of the Amadas group includes over 5 decades of specialized manufacturing expertise, dating back to the founding of Amadas Industries in 1963. Further diversification of the Amadas group includes interest in real estate, golf, nursery, and turf grass industries. As a member of the Amadas group, we are fortunate to benefit from the considerable strengths of our sister companies.

We work with world class interior designers to create the understated elegance that is an Amadas hallmark. Amadas Coach’s engineers design the elegant interiors using a powerful 3D CAD system (computer aided design), optimizing each significant component for strength and light weight.
We pride ourselves on innovative designs for simplicity in operation of complex systems; for example the exclusive Amadas Coach
photographic touch panel control. This custom interface empowers the user with intuitive control of major coach systems such as audio / video, lighting, shades, doors, awnings, toilets, HVAC, awnings, slide out rooms, and more, right at their fingertips.

The combination of modern manufacturing technologies and traditional skills is an essential element of every Amadas Coach. Our accomplished craftsmen hand assemble each coach from precision components manufactured by our advanced CNC machining center. The CNC machining center allows us to manufacture strength and weight optimized components directly from our engineers’ highly detailed 3D CAD designs, thus allowing our craftsmen to focus on structural and aesthetic detail.
Often, advanced light weight composite materials are utilized to further reduce weight while maintaining or enhancing strength characteristics of a particular component. We commonly employ composite panels with honeycomb or foam cores for doors and bulkheads. In some applications lightweight composite reinforced stone veneer is utilized for countertops, floors, and shower walls.
