Amadas Industries
Formed in 1963, Amadas Industries is an OEM manufacturer of specialized agricultural and industrial equipment, and are joint venture partners with John Deere. In early 1963, a successful partnership was formed between Oliver K. Hobbs and J. Carlie Adams. This partnership combined engineering, manufacturing, and marketing expertise to produce a new generation of peanut harvesting and processing machinery. Amadas Industries continues to grow through the development of innovative products, manufacturing those products to the highest quality standards, and supporting their products with after-sales support second to none. Amadas Industries is an agricultural equipment manufacture whose main product lines include pull-type and self-propelled peanut combines, peanut diggers, traveler irrigators, cotton stalk puller/choppers, edible bean combines and a line of industrial equipment for both the horticultural and recycling industries. In a joint venture with John Deere, Amadas developed the world’s largest and highest capacity self-propelled peanut combine. Amadas sells its equipment through a large network of independent dealers. Equipment manufactured by Amadas is at work throughout the United States and in many countries around the world. www.Amadas.com
